Description

A savory twist on traditional pizza featuring a ground chicken crust and tangy BBQ sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 4 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
  • 1 egg
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings (onions, bell peppers, etc.)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix the ground chicken with the egg, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Spread the chicken mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper to form a crust.
  4. Bake the crust for about 15-20 minutes or until it turns golden and is cooked through.
  5. Remove the crust from the oven and spread BBQ sauce over the top evenly.
  6. Sprinkle crumbled bacon and your choice of cheese on top of the sauce.
  7. Add any additional toppings if desired, such as onions or bell peppers.
  8. Return to the oven and bake for another 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
