- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 4 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
- 1 egg
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Optional toppings (onions, bell peppers, etc.)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix the ground chicken with the egg, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Spread the chicken mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper to form a crust.
- Bake the crust for about 15-20 minutes or until it turns golden and is cooked through.
- Remove the crust from the oven and spread BBQ sauce over the top evenly.
- Sprinkle crumbled bacon and your choice of cheese on top of the sauce.
- Add any additional toppings if desired, such as onions or bell peppers.
- Return to the oven and bake for another 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Slice and serve hot. Enjoy!
