Description

Tender and smoky BBQ Baby Back Ribs with a sweet and tangy barbecue sauce, perfect for summer grilling.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 racks baby back ribs
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat.
  2. Mix brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper in a bowl.
  3. Rub the spice mixture evenly all over the ribs.
  4. Place the ribs on the grill, bone side down, and cook for 1.5 to 2 hours, flipping occasionally.
  5. During the last 30 minutes, brush the ribs with barbecue sauce every 10 minutes.
  6. Remove from grill and let the ribs rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

For best results, use quality meat and cook at a lower temperature for more tenderness. Customize the spice rub to match your flavor preferences.
