- 2 racks baby back ribs
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium heat.
- Mix brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper in a bowl.
- Rub the spice mixture evenly all over the ribs.
- Place the ribs on the grill, bone side down, and cook for 1.5 to 2 hours, flipping occasionally.
- During the last 30 minutes, brush the ribs with barbecue sauce every 10 minutes.
- Remove from grill and let the ribs rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
For best results, use quality meat and cook at a lower temperature for more tenderness. Customize the spice rub to match your flavor preferences.
