Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup nut butter (peanut, almond, or cashew)
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup protein powder (optional)
  • 1/2 cup mix-ins (chocolate chips, dried fruit, seeds, etc.)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together oats, nut butter, honey, protein powder, and salt until well combined.
  2. Add in your choice of mix-ins and fold them into the mixture.
  3. Press the mixture into a lined baking dish and refrigerate for about an hour.
  4. Once set, cut into bars or roll into balls. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.

Notes

For a vegan option, use maple syrup instead of honey. Experiment with mix-ins like coconut flakes or chia seeds for variety.
