- 1/2 cup nut butter (peanut, almond, or cashew)
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup protein powder (optional)
- 1/2 cup mix-ins (chocolate chips, dried fruit, seeds, etc.)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together oats, nut butter, honey, protein powder, and salt until well combined.
- Add in your choice of mix-ins and fold them into the mixture.
- Press the mixture into a lined baking dish and refrigerate for about an hour.
- Once set, cut into bars or roll into balls. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
Notes
For a vegan option, use maple syrup instead of honey. Experiment with mix-ins like coconut flakes or chia seeds for variety.
