Description

A delightful Bang Bang Salmon dish featuring succulent salmon fillets topped with a creamy and zesty sauce.


Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 cup of mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons of sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of Sriracha or other hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to create the bang bang sauce.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the sauce generously over each salmon fillet.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily.
  5. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
