- 1 cup of mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons of sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon of Sriracha or other hot sauce
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to create the bang bang sauce.
- Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the sauce generously over each salmon fillet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
