Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, bell peppers)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon chili sauce
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
  2. Add minced garlic and ginger. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Stir in mixed vegetables and cook for about 3-4 minutes until tender.
  4. Add cooked rice and soy sauce, stirring well to combine.
  5. Drizzle chili sauce over the rice and mix thoroughly.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

Use day-old rice for best results. Adjust the chili sauce based on spice preference.
