Description
A savory fried rice dish that combines tender chicken, fragrant vegetables, and fluffy rice, inspired by the popular Bang Bang shrimp appetizer.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, bell peppers)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg, beaten
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in the mixed vegetables and cook until they are tender, about 3-4 minutes.
- Push the vegetables to one side and pour in the beaten egg. Scramble until fully cooked, then mix with the vegetables.
- Add the shredded chicken, cooked rice, soy sauce, and sriracha sauce.
- Stir-fry everything together for 3-5 minutes until heated through.
- Add chopped green onions and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
Use day-old rice for best results, and customize vegetables based on availability. Adjust sriracha for your spice preference.
