Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 teaspoon matcha powder
  • 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the ripe banana, matcha powder, and almond milk. Add honey or maple syrup if desired.
  2. Blend the ingredients on medium speed until smooth and creamy, about 30 seconds to 1 minute.
  3. For a colder drink, add ice cubes and blend again until well combined.
  4. Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy! Optionally, top with a sprinkle of matcha powder.

Notes
