- 4 chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, chopped basil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken breasts in a resealable bag and pour the marinade over the chicken. Seal the bag tightly and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and grill for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
- Serve warm, garnished with additional basil if desired.
Notes
Make the marinade ahead of time for more flavor. Can substitute chicken thighs and use different herbs.
