  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, onion, garlic, egg, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until fully cooked and golden brown, checking the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
