Description

Creamy and cheesy Baked Spinach Dip loaded with nutrients, perfect for gatherings or cozy nights in.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the thawed and drained spinach, sour cream, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, onion powder, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix well until all ingredients are combined and smooth.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the dip is bubbly and lightly golden on top.
  4. Serve warm with crackers, bread, or cut-up vegetables.

Notes

If using fresh spinach, use about four cups chopped and sauté briefly before adding. This dip can be prepared a day in advance; just bake it before serving. You can also freeze the unbaked dip for up to a month.
