- 4 ripe pears, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup almond meal
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine sliced pears with half of the brown sugar and the cinnamon in a mixing bowl.
- Spread the pear mixture evenly in a greased baking dish.
- Mix the almond meal, rolled oats, remaining brown sugar, melted butter, salt, and sliced almonds until crumbly.
- Sprinkle the crumble mixture evenly over the pears.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the topping is golden brown.
- Serve warm, optionally with ice cream or whipped cream.
Notes
Use ripe pears for better flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
