- 8 ounces spaghetti
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 pound ground beef or Italian sausage (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- If using meat, cook the ground beef or sausage in a skillet until browned, then drain and add it to the mixture. Stir the cooked spaghetti into the cream cheese mixture until evenly coated.
- Fold in the marinara sauce along with half of the shredded mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For a lighter version, use low-fat cream cheese and sour cream. You can also add vegetables or switch up the cheese for variations.
