- 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed and chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil spray
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine chopped broccoli, cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small balls using your hands. Place them onto a lined baking sheet.
- Lightly spray the tops with olive oil and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Let them cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, try adding spices like paprika or using panko breadcrumbs for a crunchier texture. Can be easily made vegan by replacing the egg and cheese.
