- 1 wheel of Brie cheese
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- Optional: chopped nuts (like pecans or walnuts)
- Optional: fresh herbs (like thyme or rosemary)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
- Place the wheel of Brie in the center of the pastry.
- Spoon cranberry sauce over the top of the Brie, adding nuts and herbs if desired.
- Carefully fold the pastry over the Brie and seal well.
- Brush the pastry with the beaten egg.
- Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and puffed.
- Let cool slightly before serving warm with crackers or baguette.
