- 4 salmon fillets
- 8 oz Boursin cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 3 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) while you prepare your ingredients.
- Combine the Boursin cheese, minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, and half of the olive oil or melted butter in a medium bowl.
- Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel and drizzle the remaining olive oil or melted butter over them, seasoning with salt and black pepper.
- Spread the cheese mixture evenly over the top of each salmon fillet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until the salmon flakes easily and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
- Let the salmon rest for about 2 minutes, then garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
