Description

A delightful dish that marries the rich and creamy flavor of Boursin cheese with tender, flaky salmon for a gourmet meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 8 oz Boursin cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 3 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) while you prepare your ingredients.
  2. Combine the Boursin cheese, minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, and half of the olive oil or melted butter in a medium bowl.
  3. Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel and drizzle the remaining olive oil or melted butter over them, seasoning with salt and black pepper.
  4. Spread the cheese mixture evenly over the top of each salmon fillet.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until the salmon flakes easily and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  6. Let the salmon rest for about 2 minutes, then garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.

Notes

Pat the salmon dry before seasoning for a flavorful exterior. Experiment with different flavors of Boursin cheese and serve with various sides like roasted vegetables or quinoa.
