Description

Indulge in rich and creamy Bailey’s Chocolate Fudge, a delightful treat that combines the sweetness of white chocolate with Irish cream.


Ingredients

  • 1 (12 oz) bag white chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup Bailey’s Irish Cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Dark chocolate for drizzling (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch square pan with parchment paper and lightly grease it.
  2. In a saucepan over low heat, combine white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Stir until melted and smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in Bailey’s Irish Cream and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top. Optionally, drizzle melted dark chocolate over it.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours until firm, slice into squares, and enjoy!
