- 1 (12 oz) bag white chocolate chips
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup Bailey’s Irish Cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Dark chocolate for drizzling (optional)
Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch square pan with parchment paper and lightly grease it.
- In a saucepan over low heat, combine white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Stir until melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in Bailey’s Irish Cream and vanilla extract.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top. Optionally, drizzle melted dark chocolate over it.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours until firm, slice into squares, and enjoy!
