- 8 ounces spaghetti
- 4 slices bacon, chopped
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions; drain.
- In a large skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and Parmesan cheese.
- Add the hot spaghetti to the skillet with bacon and quickly pour the egg mixture over it, tossing to coat the pasta (the heat will cook the eggs).
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
