Instructions

  1. Toast the bread slices to your desired crispness using a toaster or grill pan.
  2. Halve the avocado, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a small bowl. Mash the avocado with a fork until mostly smooth, then mix in the lemon juice, extra-virgin olive oil, and a pinch of salt for added flavor.
  3. Spread the delicious mashed avocado evenly over the toasted bread slices, ensuring each piece is coated well.
