- 2 ripe avocados
- 2–3 habanero peppers
- 1 lime (juiced)
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro (chopped)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1/2 cup water (adjust for desired consistency)
Instructions
- Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a blender.
- Add the habanero peppers, lime juice, cilantro, salt, and garlic to the blender.
- Blend until smooth, adding water little by little until the desired consistency is reached.
- Taste the sauce and adjust the seasoning if necessary. Serve immediately or store it in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
Notes
For less heat, start with one habanero and adjust to taste. Always use ripe avocados for the best flavor.
