Description

A vibrant, creamy condiment that combines avocados with spicy habanero peppers, perfect for enhancing tacos, grilled meats, and as a dip.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 23 habanero peppers
  • 1 lime (juiced)
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro (chopped)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 cup water (adjust for desired consistency)

Instructions

  1. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a blender.
  2. Add the habanero peppers, lime juice, cilantro, salt, and garlic to the blender.
  3. Blend until smooth, adding water little by little until the desired consistency is reached.
  4. Taste the sauce and adjust the seasoning if necessary. Serve immediately or store it in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.

Notes

For less heat, start with one habanero and adjust to taste. Always use ripe avocados for the best flavor.
