- 1 cup flour

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- Mash the avocados until smooth in a bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until well combined, then mix in the eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract with the mashed avocados.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until just combined; gently fold in nuts if using. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow cooling before slicing.
