- 2 cups crushed pineapple (with juice)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 package fruit pectin (optional, for thicker jam)
Instructions
- Start by pitting and chopping the apricots. Measure out all ingredients and gather your equipment.
- In a large pot, combine chopped apricots and crushed pineapple including its juice.
- Sprinkle the sugar and lemon juice into the pot, stirring until combined. Heat over medium heat until boiling.
- Once boiling, cook for about 10-15 minutes. Check consistency and pour into sterilized jars.
