Ingredients

  • 1 medium apple, cored and chopped
  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Gather all the ingredients and prepare the apple by coring and chopping it into small pieces.
  2. In a blender, add the apple juice, chopped apple, vanilla yogurt, ground cinnamon, nutmeg, and ice cubes.
  3. Blend all ingredients together until smooth and creamy (30 to 60 seconds).
  4. Pour into glasses and serve immediately; optionally top with a sprinkle of cinnamon or a slice of apple.

Notes
