- 2 apples, peeled and diced
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup milk

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish with butter.
- Cut the bread into cubes and spread half of it in the greased baking dish. In a separate bowl, mix the diced apples with sugar and cinnamon, then layer this mixture evenly over the bread.
- Top the apple layer with the remaining bread cubes, creating a lovely multi-layered bake.
- In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and vanilla extract. Pour this egg mixture evenly over the bread and apple layers. Let it sit for at least 20 minutes to soak up all the flavors.
