Description

Ingredients

  • 6 cups sliced apples
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup cold butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and slice the apples thinly.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the sliced apples with lemon juice, granulated sugar, and ground cinnamon, then transfer to a greased baking dish.
  3. Combine the all-purpose flour, rolled oats, brown sugar, and cold butter in another bowl until crumbly. Sprinkle over the apples.
  4. Bake for 35-40 minutes until apples are tender and topping is golden brown.

Notes
