- 6 cups sliced apples
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup cold butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and slice the apples thinly.
- In a large bowl, toss the sliced apples with lemon juice, granulated sugar, and ground cinnamon, then transfer to a greased baking dish.
- Combine the all-purpose flour, rolled oats, brown sugar, and cold butter in another bowl until crumbly. Sprinkle over the apples.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until apples are tender and topping is golden brown.
Notes
