Deliciously crispy and spicy buffalo cauliflower bites that are a plant-based alternative to traditional chicken wings.

- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 cup of buffalo sauce
- 1 cup of flour
- 1 cup of water or non-dairy milk
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a medium bowl, combine the flour, water or non-dairy milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until you have a smooth batter.
- Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, coating evenly.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Arrange battered cauliflower in a single layer. Cook for 10-12 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.
- Toss the cooked cauliflower bites in a large bowl with buffalo sauce until well coated.
- Return the sauced bites to the air fryer and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing and celery or carrot sticks. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
