Description

Deliciously crispy and spicy buffalo cauliflower bites that are a plant-based alternative to traditional chicken wings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 cup of buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup of flour
  • 1 cup of water or non-dairy milk
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the flour, water or non-dairy milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until you have a smooth batter.
  3. Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, coating evenly.
  4. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Arrange battered cauliflower in a single layer. Cook for 10-12 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Toss the cooked cauliflower bites in a large bowl with buffalo sauce until well coated.
  6. Return the sauced bites to the air fryer and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing and celery or carrot sticks. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
