Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking sheet with butter or line it with parchment paper for easy release.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy, about 3-5 minutes.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, ensuring each is fully incorporated before adding the next. Follow with honey and vanilla extract, mixing until well blended.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together almond flour, all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture, alternating with milk, mixing until just combined.
