Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking sheet with butter or line it with parchment paper for easy release.
- In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy, about 3-5 minutes.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, ensuring each is fully incorporated before adding the next. Follow with honey and vanilla extract, mixing until well blended.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together almond flour, all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture, alternating with milk, mixing until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking sheet and spread it evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Once baked, allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
