Ingredients

  • 1 pizza dough
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, sliced (optional)
  • 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to about ¼ inch thickness.
  3. Transfer the rolled dough onto a pizza stone or baking sheet. Spread the Alfredo sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border for the crust. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the sauce. Add chicken and mushrooms if desired, then season with salt and pepper.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbling. Remove from oven, sprinkle with parsley, slice, and enjoy!

Notes

For best results, use store-bought pizza dough or a pre-made crust for quicker preparation. To keep the crust crispy when reheating, use an oven at 350°F (175°C).
