- 1 pizza dough
- 1 cup Alfredo sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup cooked chicken, sliced (optional)
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms (optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to about ¼ inch thickness.
- Transfer the rolled dough onto a pizza stone or baking sheet. Spread the Alfredo sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border for the crust. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the sauce. Add chicken and mushrooms if desired, then season with salt and pepper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbling. Remove from oven, sprinkle with parsley, slice, and enjoy!
Notes
For best results, use store-bought pizza dough or a pre-made crust for quicker preparation. To keep the crust crispy when reheating, use an oven at 350°F (175°C).
