  • 2 bell peppers (red and yellow), sliced
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Olive oil
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the chicken thighs with the sliced bell peppers, onion, minced garlic, paprika, cumin, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Toss to coat.
  3. Place the seasoned mixture in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 25-30 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  4. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For added flavor, marinate the chicken before cooking. Adjust cooking time for boneless thighs as needed.
