- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup sweetener (like sugar or erythritol)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Mix together the protein powder, almond flour, sweetener, and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Add water and vanilla extract to the dry mixture and stir until a cohesive dough forms.
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) and spray the basket with cooking spray.
- Pipe the churros into the air fryer basket, spacing them apart to allow even cooking.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and crisp, then let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Serve with powdered sugar or chocolate sauce. Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
