Description

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup sweetener (like sugar or erythritol)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Mix together the protein powder, almond flour, sweetener, and cinnamon in a bowl.
  2. Add water and vanilla extract to the dry mixture and stir until a cohesive dough forms.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) and spray the basket with cooking spray.
  4. Pipe the churros into the air fryer basket, spacing them apart to allow even cooking.
  5. Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and crisp, then let cool slightly before serving.
