Delightful air fryer pizza rolls that capture all your favorite pizza flavors in a quick and easy, bite-sized form with a crispy exterior and gooey filling.

- 1 package refrigerated pizza dough (14 oz)
- All-purpose flour, for dusting
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup mini pepperoni slices (optional, or substitute with diced bell peppers)
- 4 tablespoons pizza sauce
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ teaspoon dried Italian herbs (oregano, basil, or mixed)
- 1 egg, beaten (for sealing and brushing)
- Cooking spray or olive oil spray
- Extra pizza sauce, for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F for 5 minutes.
- Lightly flour a clean surface and roll out the pizza dough into a 12 x 10 inch rectangle.
- Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a ½ inch border around the edges.
- Evenly sprinkle mozzarella, Parmesan, pepperoni (or vegetables), and Italian herbs over the sauce.
- Starting from a long edge, tightly roll the dough into a log and pinch the seam to seal. Cut the log into 24 even pieces.
- Brush the cut sides of each roll with beaten egg. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray or olive oil.
- Place the rolls in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown.
- Allow the pizza rolls to cool for 2 to 3 minutes before serving with extra pizza sauce.
Notes
Serve warm with a side of extra pizza sauce for dipping. Stores well in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
