Instructions

  1. Prepare the Mug: Spray your mug with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Mix Dry Ingredients: Combine flour, baking powder, salt, granulated sugar, and cinnamon in the mug.
  3. Add Wet Ingredients: Add the egg, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract, and mix until smooth.
  4. Sweeten and Top: Sprinkle brown sugar on top and add extra cinnamon if desired.
