Description

Juicy and flavorful air fryer meatballs that are easy to make, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  5. Place meatballs in the basket in a single layer, avoiding overcrowding.
  6. Cook for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through, until browned and cooked through (internal temperature of 160°F / 71°C).
  7. Serve with your choice of dipping sauce or on a sub sandwich.

Notes

For a healthier option, consider using ground turkey or chicken. Adjust cooking times accordingly.
