- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Place meatballs in the basket in a single layer, avoiding overcrowding.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through, until browned and cooked through (internal temperature of 160°F / 71°C).
- Serve with your choice of dipping sauce or on a sub sandwich.
Notes
For a healthier option, consider using ground turkey or chicken. Adjust cooking times accordingly.
