Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 360°F (180°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well blended.
- Coat the chicken breasts thoroughly with the olive oil mixture, ensuring each piece is evenly seasoned.
- Place the seasoned chicken breasts in the air fryer basket and arrange the cherry tomatoes, onion wedges, and bell pepper around the chicken.
- Air fry for 18-20 minutes, flipping the chicken halfway through, until no longer pink in the center.
- Remove the traybake from the air fryer, sprinkle feta cheese on top while hot, and serve with lemon wedges.
Notes
Marinate the chicken for up to an hour for enhanced flavor. Use boneless chicken thighs for a juicier result. Feel free to add more vegetables like zucchini or asparagus.
