Instructions
- Slice the bananas thinly, about 1/8 inch thick.
- Toss the banana slices with cinnamon and sugar (if using) until well coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C) and spray the basket with cooking spray.
- Arrange the banana slices in a single layer in the basket, ensuring they don’t overlap.
- Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Let cool before serving, as they will continue to crisp up slightly.
