Description
Quick and easy air fryer chocolate chip cookies that are crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside.
Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Beat in the large egg until fully incorporated.
- Gradually blend in the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring gently.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Form small balls of dough and place them in the air fryer basket, leaving space between each ball.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and slightly puffed.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
Store cooled cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to five days, or freeze for longer storage.
