Air Fryer Chocolate Chip Cookies


Description

Quick and easy air fryer chocolate chip cookies that are crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Beat in the large egg until fully incorporated.
  5. Gradually blend in the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring gently.
  6. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  7. Form small balls of dough and place them in the air fryer basket, leaving space between each ball.
  8. Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and slightly puffed.
  9. Allow to cool for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

Store cooled cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to five days, or freeze for longer storage.
