- 4 large tortillas
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 tablespoons garlic butter
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the garlic butter, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly on one side of each tortilla.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the buttered side of the tortillas.
- Place the tortillas in the air fryer basket, cheese side up, in a single layer.
- Air fry for 5 to 7 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove the cheesy tortillas from the air fryer and let them cool slightly before cutting into wedges.
Notes
