Instructions
- In a bowl, combine plain yogurt and salt until the salt is fully dissolved.
- Add chicken pieces, ensuring they are thoroughly coated in the marinade.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight for best results.
- Preheat your grill or oven to medium-high heat. Cook chicken for about 10-15 minutes on each side until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
Notes
For added flavor, consider marinating overnight. It’s also great for meal prep and can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days.
