Description

Delicious and easy 3-Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms, perfect for parties or cozy nights at home.


Ingredients

  • 12 large mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Stuff each mushroom cap with the cheese mixture.
  5. Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
  6. Serve warm.

Notes

Best served warm. Can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
